Elliot Drew
As the Service and Justice Peer Minister, my role is to plan and execute opportunities. Our service projects aren't exclusive only to UNI students, as we also minister to the greater Cedar Valley as a way to care for our community. Every year, the Service and Justice Peer runs a Thanksgiving Food Basket Project and organizes a fall/spring cleanup, but every other means by which we serve others is determined by me! The extra, under-the-radar part of the role that no one gets to see includes being a friendly and smiling face to everyone who walks through our doors. This is my FAVORITE part of the role as the Service and Justice Peer. Over any recognition people give to the work we execute, and over all the fun collaboration and teamwork with the other Peers, this is the reason serving in this role is so awesome!
