Keep the Bells Ringing
Since 1995, St. Stephen the Witness has added to the voice of the UNI community by having a digital carillon.
We desire to continue our tradition of having our bells ring throughout the day and evening, to call people to worship, and to mark the life of the community.
The sound of bells ringing is a profound symbol of faith and tradition, echoing across time and space. Historically, bells served as more than just a call to Mass; they were a voice for the Church, calling people to prayer, marking the hours, and proclaiming moments of communal significance. In a world often too noisy to hear, these bells still chime.
